He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things. Describe an instance where you have to be a leader in your community, what you learn about yourself, your leadership styles and your capacity to create changes. My experiences of leading some project groups in my online school have given a sense of good leadership which can encourage and support other members emotionally with examples and decisions. In this essay, I will discuss what I learned about myself and how I, as a transformational leader, managed to create changes. I contend that the greatest leader is the one who craft a myriad of different advantageous ways to deal with problems, so that everyone can get their ways of fixing problems right. He also does his best to support and assist his members every time he participates in project groups. Throughout 2 years of doing projects and assignments with classmates in online school, I realised how a good leadership can completely change a team and how I can give assistance to my team step by step. Making effort to see through other people’s eyes also became my second nature. As a transformational leader myself, I normally maintain the unity and cooperation of my team members which means that I let them sort out every issue together through new procedures and solutions. I encourage and improve the ability of each member to be capable of handling tough situations. I learned that transformational leadership is one of the most popular leadership styles that can widen the knowledge of other people. Even though I am a transformational leader, I sometimes needed to be authoritative when urging team members to accomplish their work before the deadline. Innovations are actually important for both business and organisations; therefore, I had to create changes that can enhance the ability of each member to employ their skills in a useful way for managing things during my leadership in teams. I need to be an authoritative leader to change members’ mindset of solving troubles sometimes as most members are not willing to make changes. One of the most obvious benefits of changes is flexibility to develop skills and confidence. Subsequently, members become able to succumb more changes that will be essential in the future. ` In brief, I positively influence other team members to utilise their skills to manage things with self-esteem for better result exceeding all expectations as a confident participant of a group.
