(a) Most professional software is developed by project teams ranging in size from two to several hundred persons. Putting together a group that works effectively is a critical management task. In your opinion, how significant a factor, if at all, is the issue of group/team cohesion to overall team performance? Your presentation should address how to promote cohesion within a group; you should also address any claimed benefits and/or problems that may result.
