The theme of the poem is that all people have something beautiful and powerful inside them  that needs to be ignited to show it off.  B. The message is that even though we may feel insignificant at times, we can find something  about us to celebrate. Once a person recognizes their inner beauty it will start to reflect on the  outside like a firework. An ugly cardboard tube filled with powder can explode and inspire awe  to large crowds.  C.
