[Total 35 Marks] (a) Outline the steps involved in creating an IT Roadmap, starting at Business Strategy and ending with a complete IT Roadmap. In your answer explain the reason for each of the steps and any dependency between the steps. Particular detail should be given to the criteria used to create the final version of the roadmap. (15 Marks) (b) You are the IT manager in a large college in Ireland, the following business priorities have been identified for 2012-2015  Lower Costs  Improve Student services  Simplify the administration of the college. Your team has the capacity to take on 4 projects over the next 3 years.
