Instructions: Contact someone online that is a Table Tennis athlete or enthusiast in your school or from your town and conduct an online interview with them. You may conduct this through video call, phone call or a chat. He is Ariel Manlimos Bagsak, 20 years old from Amaga, Lilo-an, Southern Leyte. He played table tennis in his whole school year, participated at School District meet and Provincial meet. Provincial meet was his highest achievement as a ping-pong player because he loses in the finals. He was my classmate in my senior high school. Here are his answers to the guide questions that | ask on interviewing him: 1. How does it feel being an athlete? How does this impact your life? -| feel happy, it teaches me honesty, acceptance, sportsman spirit and teamwork. 2. What are the reasons why you do you like playing Table Tennis? - table tennis offers great mind-body stimulation, aerobic exercise, and social interaction. ... Some of the many health benefits of table tennis include: Improving hand-eye coordination. An intense game of table tennis stimulates mental alertness and concentration and develops mental acuity. 3. What was the hardest part in your journey as an athlete and how did you overcome it? - Missing School because with track especially, you travel a lot during the ends of the weeks from Thursdays onward and miss a good majority of pre-weekend classes. It has a lot of important materials and catching up is always so much harder when most of your time is spent training and traveling in the first place. | overcome it by getting organized and stay organized. Manage your time. Plan your week; do not let your week plan you. Use your weekends wisely. Use your travel time to and from school, practices, and games wisely. Do not procrastinate. Do not get behind. 4. How do you describe a good table tennis player?
