Sensitivity: LNT Construction Internal Use STATEMENT of PURPOSE I have learnt important life values such as hard work, patience, focus, personal and strong work ethics as a child, from my father who not only coached me, but also “walked the talk”. This has been the base upon which my entire career is built. Anyone who knows me will describe me as a pleasant, active and social person. My prime source of motivation is the satisfaction that I get after dealing with a challenging situation and getting on top of it. I graduated from Sambha Institute of Technology, Timkar under Sister Technological University, Goa in the stream of Mechanical Engineering, scoring distinction marks. The institute was located more than 2000 kilometers from my home town. The reason why I mention distance, is to give the perspective, that from day one, my management training began as I came quite a distance to study. The culture was different, local language was totally different, and I had to survive and thrive amongst people coming from different parts of the country with different backgrounds. My graduation degree provided me with a strong foundation in analytical skills. In my final semester, I secured job with a company known as Chamresh - Construction, which is the biggest construction and contracts company in Rwanda. Chamresh- Construction has given me immense and varied experience throughout the seven and a half years of career that I have had here. I have worked on multiple project sites spread over the entire nation dealing with people coming from different parts of the world. In my career, I have handled hundreds of workers, supervisors, engineers, managers per job site. I have negotiated with clients and contractors from different countries such as Japan, China, USA and India of course. Every job site that I have handled was different from the other such that managing and technical skill used at one place could not be used at the other. I have faced adverse situation multiple times and have always came out as a victorious player. The long list of project sites that I have worked on include likes of power plant, steel plant, communication tower erection site, railways etc. The projects were quite challenging in terms of safety and the technical knowledge involved was different each time. I always finished the job under high pressure maintaining the safety, quality, cost involved in the given stipulated time. I have been a consistent performer over the years in this company and has been constantly rated as a top performer throughout. One of my most distinguishing characteristics is the diversity of experiences that I possess. Within India, I have had the opportunity to live and work on several projects in various cities. All these elements have given me a very broad outlook and varying degrees of knowledge. Chamresh - construction has given me opportunity to gain global experience. And it is in this organization where I have honed my technical, managerial, coordination and communication skills. I have worked and handled peers successfully on whom I had no control in terms of reporting structure or in terms of time required to build equity. As a part of my work experience I have gained knowledge in following fields:  Persuasion: Persuading stakeholders (Clients, contractors, peers, seniors, juniors, workers)  Project life cycle management  Resource allocation & optimization: such as optimal labor division to achieve optimal efficiency  Budget forecast: Optimal resource utilization and allocation for timely completion of project
