However, they’re still popular for certain uses. In the area below identify a use for each of these devices and why they’re popular for these uses. SD cards are used for storage in digital cameras as they are removable for sharing photos, while still being small enough to fit inside a compact camera. Optical disks are used for distributing media, such as games or music, as they are highly portable due to their small size and are very cheap to produce in bulk. Task 4 Below are several statements about different utility programs. Identify which of these statements are true and which are false. 1. Optical disk drives store data as magnetised and demagnetised areas. 2. Flash storage devices store data using semi-conductor chips that are set to either on or off. True False  
