It was easy to made but you must be persistence in doing something despite difficulty in kneading flour into dough or paste with the hands. One of the problem that I encountered while doing homemade white bread using the oven was "the bread easily burn". I also have hard times on buying some ingredients, because not all store has that kind of specific ingredients. And I'm feeling thankful and proud to myself because at last, I did it! Not bad for first timer! :) I think, I should practice more to make it perfect! I also studied most popular cakes and which one is the best to satisfy the sweet tooth of human. I learned a lot of information about classifications and different types of cakes.This activity took me four to five hours to finished watching videos and take down notes some of the important details. And all I can say is "worth it to study" because I gained more knowledge where i can apply on doing it for actual / real live. I'm feeling thankful, especially on my teacher who assisted me and give me more knowledge while doing this chiffon cake activity. I was having hard time only when my phone encountered low internet connection, so I did restart it for a while and go back to google meet. Another thing was the breakable line or choppy line, there are times I was not able to understand and hear clearly what does my teacher says due to internet connection again. And luckily, I was able to continue the activity with my courage and with the help of my teacher. Finally, I was happy to know when my teacher says that "You perform well, Angelica!" And it is truly true that we need to take courage and believe on yourself to finish anything well done. It was just a basic for me. And I already know that the good thing with this one is we can used to make chocolate truffles, desert sauces, cake fillings, icings, whipped ganache frosting and glazes.
