The instructor must guarantee that the family environment in the classroom is created and maintained by assisting students in achieving their goals, placing them in the optimal conditions for effective work, and removing any hurdles that impede them from offering the measure of their actual value.  The teacher must vary the written and spoken activities, solicit active participation from the class, and maintain a steady pace that encourages pupils to plan their own work.
