[NATURAL PERSON’S PARTICULARS] ______________, residing at [ADDRESS] ______________, holder of [PESEL2] number ______________ and the taxpayer identification number (NIP) ____________, holder of identity card [SERIES AND NUMBER OF THE IDENTITY CARD] ______________ (“Employee”). The Employer and the Employee shall be jointly further referred to as the “Parties” and each of them separately as a “Party”. § 1. Employment commencement, position and working time The Employer hires the Employee as a [TITLE] ______________ full-time/part-time3 for an indefinite term starting from [DATE] ______________. § 2. Place of work The Employee’s place of work shall be the Employer’s registered office. § 3. Scope of duties and responsibilities 1. The Employee shall: a) conscientiously, effectively and timely perform his/her duties and exercise rights granted and functions assigned to him/her by the Employer; 1 In accordance with the Employer’s signing rules or on the basis of a power of attorney. 2 If applicable. 3 Delete as appropriate. 2 b) implement an operational strategy designed by the Employer; c) devote his/her time, attention and skills to the performance of duties; d) keep confidential the amount of remuneration actually agreed and received hereunder; e) display creative initiative and notify the Employer without delay of any events arising as a consequence of performing duties under the employment relationship, and of any other manifestations of the Employee’s activity that do not independently constitute the subject-matter of a work of authorship; f) follow all guidelines, instructions, resolutions, decisions and other recommendations of the Employer, and provide explanations and information on the Employer’s request; g) protect and take care of the Employer’s property. 2. The Employee shall, during the term of this contract, refrain from any activity that would be contrary to the Employer’s interests, and in particular shall not undertake any employment under an employment contract or any other legal relationship with any other entity without obtaining the Employer’s written consent. 3. The Employee shall notify the Employer without delay of any conflict of interest that renders it difficult or impossible for the Employee to provide work to the Employer. 4. A detailed scope of the Employee’s duties is attached as Schedule 1 hereto which constitutes an integral part hereof. § 4. Remuneration 1. The Employee shall receive gross monthly remuneration in the amount of PLN [AMOUNT] _______________ ([IN WORDS] _______________). 2. The Employee’s base remuneration shall be paid out monthly in arrears, on the tenth day of the following month. 3. The base remuneration and other remuneration elements shall be disbursed via wire transfer to the bank account given by the Employee, with number [BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER] _____________________. § 5. Holiday leave In accordance with the Labor Code the Employee shall be entitled to annual holiday leave. § 6. Confidentiality and business secrets 1. The provisions of this Contract are confidential. The Employee shall not disclose them to any third party. 2.
