The Teacher makes it known that if different vocabulary is used for the explanation, the same verb may be employed (e.g., “My mother like to cook.”, “We’re too busy to cook tonight.”) Lesson Rationale (700-1000 words): This lesson plan is intended for 15 Chinese elementary students, ages 18 to 38. Of these students, ten are men and five are women. These students have a variety of reasons for wanting to study English, including moving to an English-speaking nation, increasing their language skills, enhancing work chances, and traveling. This lesson's main objective is to introduce students to new vocabulary terms linked to families. I decided on the theme of families because I think learners will immediately recognize each of the ten new words and these are words they will use frequently. I believe that form and pronunciation issues will be the most frequent difficulties I encounter. I want to get around this by urging learners to mimic what I do. Additionally, this exercise will aid in word memorization. Fill-in-the-gap worksheets will also be used by students to help with form and their ability to show that they comprehend the terms 12 Lesson Plan being taught, because it allows students to practice through supervised activities that enable each level of the lesson to be pretty accurate, I am using the PPP method in this lesson plan as the target language. Additionally, it will enable me to foresee and be ready for any issues that pupils might run across. I think this will be the most effective way to convey the idea to the level of pupils in the class as a new instructor. The warmer makes it easier for students to switch from their L1 language to English without exerting too much mental effort. I get the class to talk about what was taught in the previous class to get them settled in. It gives pupils the ability to become familiar with the language and sentence structures needed to describe oneself and others in a descriptive way, such as "My mother loves cooking.”. This offers the base upon which the lesson will be constructed in order to accomplish the goal. The students are first exposed to the target language in the Presentation: Meaning. They can then explore potential solutions with their group regarding the meanings of the verbs and build from their prior knowledge. This will demonstrate that they have a working knowledge of the term before being taught its proper meaning. To prevent any group from returning to its L1, the groups will be gender mixed. Additionally, through fostering better relationships within the classroom, an environment more conducive to learning English will be created. 15 Lesson Plan 1. Aunt 16 Lesson Plan 2. Mother 3.
