A lot of people have tried to figure out what are the specific things that make leaders stand out among the mass. There have been many theories invented and tested by researches all around the world who have studied and published their leadership theories. Normally theories are categorized by the different definitions of what a leader’s most important quality is. Theories like Great Man Theory, Trait Theory, Behavioural Theories, Contingency Theories, Transactional Theories and Transformational Theories stand out among many. Introduction So many desire to be a leader that they follow meticulously every development in the field. What is obviously missing is the reasoning supporting the politics of leadership. There additionally is deficient with regards to a feeling of setting; in what condition is the political movement happening? Regularly, thoughts are opined in absolutes. Numerous reasons move one to attempt to become a leader. For an instance if we look at what’s happening in Middle East. This leader is "terrible" or "democratic". In what way. What does the individual think about administration or authority? Despite the fact that we are discussing a national level, regardless we are worried about authority. Carlyle contended that incredible man is conceived with well identity qualities, great practices, and high level of learning. They are the people that are ready to encourage their energy and capacity of leadership and liberal which lead them to wind up an incredible leader and will leave their impressions in the legend and history (Eckmann, 2005). Trait Theory Trait Theory recommended that a compelling leader can be recognized through the acknowledgment of his or her attributes. Attributes are the individual trademark that a leader has, for example, insight, learning, values, thoughts, fearlessness, and clothing or appearance (Daft, 2008). Trait theory proposed that a leader that complete with immaculate and interesting trademark will turn into a compelling leader. There were a few studies found that potential leader will possess that comparative straits of a powerful leader. Trait theory had been ignored in the past investigations of leadership. Be that as it may, as there had been more specialists explored the studies of leadership theories, more research had been done on this theory in as of late years (Penn, 2008). Conclusion Leadership was characterized in numerous implications by analysts and it demonstrated that leadership in reality assumes an imperative part in the present association. In spite of the fact that there have been a wide range of speculations and meanings of leadership, there is still space for further look into about leadership (Lee, 2008). Since it was proposed by past examinations that foremost of leadership is the way to enhance representatives' accomplishment, it is critical that we keep on investigating what type of leadership is best for the associations (Knab, 2009). The requirement for successful and effective leadership practices are imperative for the leaders in today association to take part in. Adequate and proficient practices of leadership in the association by leaders will expands the authoritative duty of the representatives. Subsequently, the profitability will likewise be expanded. A leader may have learning and aptitudes to act successfully in one circumstance yet he or she may not execute as viably in an alternate circumstance as there is dependably comprise of various difficulties in various circumstance (Lee, 2008; Rad and Yarmohammadian, 2006). 7
