What arguments can be made in favour of Irish students paying more of the costs of their third level education? In this context, would an ‘income contingent loan system’ be a good idea? A2. Europe's Digital Agenda Strategy (2010-2020) focuses on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capabilities to support ageing citizens' lives. Discuss at least three economic reasons for considering the potential of ICT in the care of older people in Ireland. A3. Describe one stated preference approach for placing economic values on environmental goods and services.
