Individualistic And Collectivistic Self Exists Collectivistic Individualistic When it comes to my long-term aspirations, my individualistic self exists. When it comes to planning, such as investing and budgeting, I tend to become quite independent. I normally keep those things to myself, conduct my research, and conduct my monitoring. I don't enjoy sharing these things with people, so when difficulties appear, I'll probably have to deal with them on my own. When it comes to giving, on the other hand, my collectivism comes into play. I feel bad for homeless and hungry people and wish I had all the means to aid them, but since I don't, I take part in group initiatives or teams or organizations that run programs for underprivileged people. I am confident that by working together, we will be able to serve others more effectively than if we worked alone. When it comes to family affairs, such as planning a celebration or settling on a business, I am also a collectivist.
