In this activity, you have to prepare a list of 10 nonsense syllables to conduct two experiments. A tip to make list of such nonsense syllables is that place vowels in the middle for example ZOS, DIZ etc. Experiment No. 01 You will take a group (consisting of 4 people) approximately of similar age group. Then you have to ask those people to memorize the list just before they go to sleep. On their awakening, after one hour, you will ask them to recall the list. On the basis of their recall you need to conclude whether duration of sleep has an impact on their recall or not. Experiment No. 02 You will take a group (consisting 4 people) approximately of similar age group. You have to ask those people to memorize the list in the morning and then to recall the list after equal periods of staying awake. On the basis of their recall you will conclude whether they had forgotten more than the sleepers or not. Your assignment should include following important parts: • Introduction • Method • Results and Interpretations Instructions:  In introduction, you will write briefly the purpose of this activity.  In method, you need to mention the procedure you adopted to conduct the both of docsity.com experiments.  In results and interpretations, you are required to conclude what you found out from these two experiments. Note: • Marking scheme: 7.5 marks for each experiment • You will show the list of nonsense syllables which you prepared for your experiments at the end of your assignment. Note: Only in the case of Assignment, 24 hours extra / grace period after the due date is usually available to overcome uploading difficulties which may be faced by the students on last date. This extra time should only be used to meet the emergencies and above mentioned due dates should always be treated as final to avoid any inconvenience.
