We, as humans, need to work on developing more useful renewable resources so we will be better at surviving as a planet for a long time. Nonrenewable energy affects living beings and the environment because this is where we get the majority of our energy sources from. One of the biggest nonrenewable resources that we use is oil. From oil we can develop gas, diesel and jet fuel. This is something that is used on a daily basis, and eventually these resources will be gone. These resources help humans because it makes our lives more simple and convienent, however it does not help the environment or plants and animals. In order to harvest coal or oil we have to destroy different habitats and environments, and hope that we don’t have an accident like an oil spill. With something like an oil spill there can be a huge negative effect on all life and land associated with this.
