DAY 3: _ FEBUARY 22, 2023 ____________ TIME: _ 11:OOAM-2:35 PM On our third day of work immersion, we went to the business center and fixed some modules there. We also clean the entire business center. After doing things in the business center, we went to the records room and changed the old folders of some documents, strand by strand. We also cleaned the shelter of documents there and organized them as well. We also check the Form 137 requests of students if they have form 137 and arrange them alphabetically and section by section. That’s the end of our third day, and we completed 3 hours and 30 minutes. DAY 5: _ FEBUARY 27, 2023 ____ TIME: ______________ On our day 5 in work immersion, We went again to records room and clean the entire records room, we throw the old folders and clean the cabinets of entire records room, we sweep the floor and throw to the garbage the documents that not needed anymore. While ma’am Ruth is busy assisting concerns of some student, we rearrange the arrangements of some documents that are messy. We went to Principals office because the document of student don’t have sign of principal and that’s how are day 5 end. DAY 8: _ MARCH 28, 2023 _____________________ TIME: 8:50AM-5:00PM On our day eight of work immersion, we went again to the resto bar. The first task that Ma'am Conde gave me and Rovic was to count all of the toilets that the GAS, ABM, and HE buildings have. Me and Rovic drew a map of the GAS, ABM, and HE buildings and marked where the toilets were located. We also get the list of those students who had participated to hand washing and sanitizing activity.We wrote a overall narrative essay for those who had done hand washing and sanitizing and typed it on ma’am Conde’s laptop. That’s for today, and we completed 8 hours and 10 minutes. DAY 9: MARCH 29, 2023 ___ _______________ TIME: _ 8:37AM-4:39PM On our ninth day of work immersion, we went again to the resto bar. The first task that ma’am Conde gave me was to count all the functioning restrooms and cubicles that have a door in the ADAS and HE buildings. As I did yesterday, I drew a map of those buildings and marked where the functioning restrooms are located. I also took a picture of those restrooms that were functioning and compiled it. That’s for today, and I completed 8 hours and 2 minutes. The first task that ma’am Conde gave me was to edit the soft copy of the book. I drew on ma’am conde’s loptop a floor plan and put some details regarding to my drawing. My drawing is all about a toilet floor map. That’s all for today, and I completed 56 minutes.
