First, the engagement of the bride's and groom's birth dates are used to choosing the wedding date. The groom's family offers the bride's family money. Before the wedding, relatives visit the groom's and the bride's homes. We call it a family reunion. At the wedding ceremony, the groom's family brings golden traps with betel leaves and areca nuts, wines, fruits, cakes, tea,... to the bride's family. Everyone wishes the couple well. Then the couple gives each other rings made of gold or diamond. After the wedding reception, relatives, neighbors, friends, collectors,... eat and sing happily with the newlyweds.
