AUTOEVALUATION As we were saying, it was necessary to divide the work and each member of the group to play a role in the work, either data researcher, project manager, data analysts, text editor, language editor or graphic designer. In our group, we have divided these roles more or less and now we will proceed to evaluate ourselves explaining what we have contribute to the work. First of all, it is important to explain that we all have been text editors and data researchers because in the first meeting it was a brainstorm and we decided the points we were going to talk about and then each member has written the information they had to search and explain, but finally Núria gathered all the sections and corrected them bringing cohesion and coherence, so she has also been the language editor. Then, the project manager has been both Jordi and Núria, because they had to organize the meetings and plan what to do in each meeting, and also Núria was the planner of all the deadlines in order to be up to date. Jordi: I have carried out the role of project manager and also Núria because I have been the person in charge of specifying the group meetings organizing the dates and places of the same. At every single meeting we did, we have followed some guidelines to facilitate group interaction. During group meetings, apart from searching for information we have also debated the content of the same trying to find approval of every single member of the group. For the realization of this work we have met four times. During the first three meetings, we focused on deciding the topic of work, searching and synthesizing the information on the subject and introducing the essential content of our work. In these three first meetings, we met for more than an hour in each meeting. On the last two meetings, we focused to reviewing and correcting possible work mistakes. In each one we spent about 40 minutes trying to improve the content of our work. Finally, I must say being project manager has been very easy thanks to the good disposition of all the members of the group that we have provided all the assigned tasks. Alex: My roles in the project have been data researcher and data analyst because I have searched some information about the topic that we talk about in several articles, webs, videos… and I have been analysing some of the data to identify the most useful for the project and I have also drowned up some of the bibliography in APA model. Anya: I’ve work as a data researcher searching information and official sources that show us the reality of this kind of crimes. And I’ve been the graphic designer in charge of do the power point and see if the script was okay. For the power point, I’ve reunited all the information of our script and I’ve written the important points of each stage, and finally I’ve put images for make the presentation more visual. Laia: I have been data analyst because I have been collecting the articles that I was going to use and removing all that data that was useless, because sometimes there was data that seemed interesting at first but finally wasn’t completed or finally was not used.
