Colorado Springs has its advantages and disadvantages, below | will tell you what its advantages are: Great Job Opportunities: Many people are moving to Colorado due to the state's economic growth. That's why gas and transportation costs in Colorado are 6% higher than the US average. The cost of food is almost equal to the national average. Health care costs are 5% lower than the American average. Utilities in Colorado are 2% less than the US average. Colorado is one of the largest producers of natural gas in the United States, reducing the high cost of energy required to keep your home warm during cold weather.
