What is Pico Iyer’s attitude toward the people belonging to the floating tribe? Give examples from his talk to explain your answer.  Iyer explains the floating tribe's mentality. "For many of us, home has less to do with a piece of land than a piece of soul."  He talks about the number of people living in countries that are not their own now reaches 220 million, 2. Why does Pico Iyer think the young man and the young woman he describes in his talk probably have a lot in common? I think what these two people probably have in common is the wonderful experience you get from traveling, seeing the world with new eyes, dreaming about the world and getting to know the diverse mix of cultures. 3. How do Pico Iyer’s opinions compare with the author’s opinions in the 7C Reading passage? I believe that both authors talk about migration in general, favoring multiculturalism and that migrants also help to maintain the stability of the economy of a country, in addition to this Pico Iyer mentions that in some way travel contributes to the improvement of the way of life and besides this is a source of joy, reflection and self-discovery.
