ABDOMEN AGUDO Alumna: Alexandra Murillo Flores Maestra: Hortensia Garduño Semestre: 06 Sección: 11 INTRODUCCIÓN Abdomen agudo se define como un síndrome caracterizado por dolor abdominal de instalación aguda, con duración en casos mayor a 6 horas, progresivo y potencialmente mortal; que ocasiona alteraciones locales y sistémicas que dependen de la etiología y su etapa evolutiva. Engloba un conjunto de enfermedades que se manifiestan como DOLOR ABDOMINAL (y que pueden tratarse médica o quirúrgicamente según el caso): – Perforación – Apendicitis aguda (causa más frecuente de dolor abdominal quirúrgico) – Colecistitis – Obstrucción intestinal – Pancreatitis – Cólico renal – Patología ginecológica. MANEJO EN URGENCIAS • Adecuada historia clínica orientada • Evaluación del dolor • Otra sintomatología asociada ◦ Alteraciones del estado general • Exploración física ◦ Pruebas complementarias ◦ Vía venosa para rehidratar y restablecer el equilibrio hidroelectrolítico Riesgo de deterioro de la integridad tisular relacionada con agente farmacológico. Administración de medicación intravenosa 1. Seguir los 5 correctos 2. Tomar nota de los antecedentes médicos y alergias del paciente 3. Comprobar posibles incompatibilidades en fármacos 4. Preparar la concentración adecuada de la medicación intravenosa 5. Verificar la colocación y permeabilidad del catéter en vena. 6. Administrar la medicación en la velocidad adecuada CUIDADOS DE ENFERMERIA ◦◦ Antibioterapia profiláctica en algunos pacientes • En general, una dosis única elevada de un antibiótico con una vida media lo suficientemente larga para mantener su actividad durante toda la intervención es suficiente.
