Genette and Todorov's classification: • Zero focalisation : omniscient narrator. The narrator tells all about the story, he/she knows all the details; the narrator is like God. The narrator give the impression around he/she dominates on the story. • Internal focalisation : the narrator speaks in first person or third person too, to telling the story. The narrator tells what seeing, thinking, feeling and saying; the point of view is situated into the character. • External focalisation : the narrator tells the external aspects about the story, so, the narrator has the reader's attention. Over the characters, the narrator doesn't know nothing except the others characters speak or the narrator deduces others behaviours. Focalisation with a camera: • Zero: Vision from behind. • Internal: Vision within. • External: Vision from without.
