It's been such a long time since our last visit, and | thought I'd write to you because of the gossip that | have heard from mutual friends about you that have concerned me. Lam writing because | am really worried about your lifestyle and wellbeing. | want to know how can | help you and give you some practical advice because | appreciate you a lot and I'm grateful to call you my friend. You seem to spend and waste far too much time surfing on the internet that you have forgotten others and your own health. I want to give you some suggestions about how can you avoid browsing the web. In fact, in a future time you are going to regret it because of the consequences that this entails. You have to be the one and only that wants to change that lifestyle. Once you are up for this life change, with effort and help you will achieve another healthier way of life. So there are some tricks that work to spend less time stuck on the cell phone screen. You have to delete all the apps that you don't use. In other words, there are hundreds of notifications that we receive at the end of the day that are from applications that are unused and disturb our disconnection. Moreover, leave your phone out of your sight while you are eating, when you are with your family... You'll see that once you are in a deep conversation with people you will not need the phone. In addition, do not do with your mobile what you can do with other objects. If you want to disconnect, avoid that the mobile is the first thing you see in the morning and before going to bed. For instance, deactivate the alarm and use a conventional alarm clock, use the camera instead of the mobile to record your memories. If none of the previous sections work, turn off the mobile. If you are not waiting for any calls, you do not have to be aware of anything and you have it on for the simple reason of having it on, turn it off. One consequence that affects your health because of the abuse of browsing the web is the sedentarism lifestyle. Spending too much time on the internet contributes to be getting any exercise. The first step to leave behind this lifestyle is to start walking thirty minutes a day. You can meet with a friend and go with her. You can also go up and down the stairs instead of using the elevator, use the bicycle to go to school every moming... All these types of exercises are going to contribute in a good way to your health and your mood. Update me about everything soon and please try to change your lifestyle for your own sake. Love,
