The healthy lifestyle is the whole social processes, traditions, habits, behaviours of individuals and population groups that lead to the satisfaction of human needs to reach the well-being and life. HABITS Eat breakfast every morning. Add fish and Omega3 Fatty Acids to the diet. Get enough sleep. Make social connections (emotional support, sense of belonging,…) Exercise for better health. Practice a good dental hygiene. Take up a hobby. Protect your skin. Snack the healthy way. Drink water and eat dairy. Drink tea (decaffeinated tea is better) (improve memory, preventing cavities, antioxidant,...) Take a daily walk. Plan. Eating healthy never happens by accident. Analyse your behaviours, and analyse if they respond to patterns of healthy lifestyle. To do this, follow these steps: Make a list of your habits in relation to hygiene, nutrition, rest, leisure, the environment and the community. My habits in relation to hygiene, for example I always brush my teeth three times in a day. Before eating I always wash my hands. I eat five fruits and vegetables in day. Every day I try to drink a lot of water, because I think that the water is very important for our body, and I should drink more water. My mother usually make the food, and this is a good and a healthy food because I eat a variety of ailments good for a health. I go to swim three times on a week, because this is very important for me and when I do it I feel more relaxed. When I have little free time I go to walk with my mother, because it likes me too much. At my home we recycle the plastics, the paper and the glass to help the environment. Indicate which are considered healthy habits and which not. I think that Drink tea (decaffeinated tea is better) (improve memory, preventing cavities, antioxidant...) isn’t a very important health habit. Because I think that less people do it, because there are more important habits like wash the teeth, exercise for better health.
