Peru appears in the 118th migration ranking. In the last 3 years there was an increase of 734.05% of foreign migrants was registered. Another highlight is that despite the border closure due to the pandemic, a continuous flow of refugees and migrants has been observed through the northern border of the country, specifically through Tumbes. This situation of massive entry of foreign citizens to Peru is because unfortunately countries such as Venezuela and Ecuador, whose presidents were not democratically elected and have completed their term of office by law, continue to govern and are apparently re-elected. Condemning their population to starvation due to rising prices and scarcity of jobs due to poor pay. These reasons were the main reasons why the citizens of these countries decided to migrate to other countries in search of economic stability for themselves and their families in other countries, one of them being Peru. Unfortunately, not all citizens had the economic resources to afford a land or air ticket due to the exorbitant prices, so they were forced to travel with their families or alone in a group of people on foot. Unfortunately, migrating to other countries was more complicated due to the pandemic, since powerful countries such as the United States and China closed their doors to migrants, following this example, the other countries began to close their borders to both exit and enter. Another measure they took was to return the migrants to their territory as Mexico did by assigning policemen at the borders preventing the passage of foreign migrants and returning them to their country of origin. Peru was also one of the countries that closed its borders temporarily, although foreign nationals continued to enter through the northern border of the country. Due to the large influx of forced migrants to return their country of origin, the Venezuelan president "Nicolas Maduro", made a pronouncement offering a return flight to Venezuelan citizens, a request rejected by many citizens. In Peru some Peruvians were very indifferent and oblivious to the Venezuelan and Ecuadorian situation, with foreign citizens being the target of xenophobia and discrimination in the streets and in the workplace since some people blame the foreign population for the lack of employment and rising of prices. When really the foreign citizens are not to blame that their presidents are not democratically elected by the people, their true people and they are not guilty that they have been in office for more than 6 years when by Venezuelan law according to Article 230, they can only exercise mandate for 6 years only by democratic vote of the people and in Ecuador according to Article 98 it has no specific limit since they are the "Norms of Election". So why is the foreign population to blame? After so many difficulties and shortcomings that they had to go through to have a decent life, why? The solution for coexistence is to remember that we are all equal and that unfortunately foreign citizens were forced to leave everything. Everything that for a day they worked from scratch, they left behind and arrived in Peru to start again from scratch, reaching the extremes that as soon as they arrive in Peruvian territory there is no one waiting for them, who guides them in an unknown country. We are human and instead of blaming foreigners for a bad Peruvian direction, it would be convenient to integrate our compatriots without prejudice. Let's remember that we were also in that situation and there were compatriots who helped us, it's our turn.
