First im going to start with a description of the company and afterwards I would touch the points more deeply of what I previously mentioned. Our company is to develop an application where we have quick and easy accessibility for dog owners. It is managed through an application that can be downloaded in the electronic store of any smart phone for free to hire people who are willing to walk your dog for a considerable amount of money. We also count with a website and social networks for everyone and free. In addition, we will have a headquarters located in the center of Madrid for customer service and management of the company, our job is to give comfort to owners while their pets are being walked and have achieved their commitment to meet the need for the dog or cat, while the client is busy or even resting. We understand the discomfort that can cause in walking your pet, so we offer the favor of doing so by meeting all the needs of the dog and the comforts of the owner. This company becomes very original because no other company has been based on this idea and this favors to be enterprising and very interesting. In addition to be a very innovative idea, this company tries to provide comfort and affection to the pets in the house. We also want to offer low prices to be able to achieve our business objective and thus be able to provide this option to anyone who needs it and thus demand our customers to achieve a great effort. Our application will be responsible for all interaction through customers, employees and the same managers to achieve a ease of communication and establish a connection between all for any eventuality. As it is a new idea never used this gives us many benefits and also a lot of curiosity on the part of people, but also demands quite a lot because we are moving into a new environment. The person in charge of the dog will look for its respective mascot from the house of the owner or as it wishes it, even the client has the power to choose by means of categories that offers the application of how its dog will be walked and for this an employee will be assigned to him so that it fulfills all the selected requirements. In addition, through the application the client will be able to visualize all the route of the dog. This employee will be equipped with gps collar gloves, bags, dog biscuits, ropes, muzzles, comb, backpacks to carry the dogs, all to meet the needs of the dogs and the tranquility of the owners. The client is going to get the option of having his dog walk with multiple options, from being individually, in a group until they train him or even train him during the journey. We will hire personnel according to the demand and geographical disposition, so that at the outset it would only have effect in the Community of Madrid and later by the other communities of Spain. The company's management team consists of a director who will be in charge of directing and coordinating the progress of the company, accompanied by his secretary. We are also going to have people in charge of departments such as marketing, economic analysis and application programming. The company WALKIDOGGY is characterized for offering great facilities when it comes to walking dogs. It revolves around an application called in the same way, where you will find at least one trusted dog caretaker near you willing to take care of your dog for a while. Our company offers a wide range of possibilities when it comes to taking your pet to the street, being able to choose between a simple walk, a walk with games, training or training. In the first two, you can choose if you want your furry friend to walk alone or with other friends, while in the last two we provide an individual education, understanding that all dogs do not need the same training or classes to strengthen or educate themselves. Likewise, we also differentiate between large and small dogs, potentially dangerous or calm. With this, we intend to show that the type of client we are targeting is people with a high purchasing power who own a dog with a busy schedule and no time to give a ride to their dog friend. Our company presents a large number of professional walkers with great knowledge about dogs, their behavior and their way of communicating. In addition, they are flexible people with a very quick adaptation capacity, organized, punctual and far- sighted, always carry a backpack with water, food, spare materials or toys in case something unexpected happens. By offering canine training or training, we have certified workers with solid knowledge of animal behavior and learning theories, modification of unwanted behaviors, hygienic care and first aid applied to the dog. The operation of WALKIDOGGY is composed of a series of steps: first, search by location, date and time the closest walkers, once found, select the worker that best suits your needs, reserve it and pay it through our application. After this, the worker will meet you and your dog at the agreed collection point and take the pet.
