Nowadays, there is more obesity among children and teenagers due to the sedentary lifestyle which they have, seeing that they prefer to stay at home playing videogames, watching TV, series or with a mobile phone. In spite of, the teenagers and young people choose the sedentary lifestyle, the adults have to promove a healthy lifestyle. Firstly, we have to teach him how to have a balanced diet to prevent certain health problems in the future. But this must be taught like a game so that they don’t get bored. Secondly, we have to promote and do that the teenagers and children be interested in doing sport. One of the ways is since they are little present them the sport like a game so that ended up being an hàbit. In conclusion, the best way is to teach the healthy lifestyle like a game, as doing sport or eat healthy like a game and as a game and not as a bad thing. Do you get enough sleep every day? Sleep is a very important part of your everyday routine and more in adolescence. Don’t sleep enough can affect our mood, immune system, and our concentration. If you don’t sleep less, you can have humor changes, and this can affect others too. Your immune system seeing that your body doesn’t have a chance of preparing for a virus or bacteria. For these reasons, I have to sleep enough and have a good habit of sleep. Firstly, we have to sleep at least eight hours and so that for this it be easier we have to some things like avoiding afternoon nap or regulate the schedules progressively. Other things that can improve the good habits of sleep are limit the consumption of alcohol and caffeine, as they are great enemies of sleep, or limit the consumption of alcohol and caffeine, as they are great enemies of sleep. In conclusion, although I the first who don’t sleep enough I encourage to have good hàbits of sleep and I'll be the first to try.
