I'm fine and did you say? Said = Hello, | am happy and excited. Gustavo = He Said, tell us why? Said = My grandmother who lives in Cusco, comes to my house today. Ray = It's wonderful! And what's she like Said = She is very friendly, sociable and optimistic. Gustavo = | would very much like to meet you. Ray = Yes, me too and how old is she? Said = She is 78 years old. Ray = where exactly do you live? Said = He lives next to the house of the Marqués de Picoaga. Gustavo = that's amazing! | heard that the house is incredibly famous. It has two floors. The rooms have high beamed ceilings and wooden doors. Ray = Wow, | didn't know that. Thanks Gustavo! . Another famous place near that house is the Plaza de Armas. The square is where many of the most important events in the city take place, including the Inti Raymi. Also, the square has many restaurants. Said = Speaking of food. Do you know one of the typical dishes of Cusco? Gustavo = Of course! My favorite dish in Cusco is Chiri Uchu. Chiri Uchu means cold chili or cold hot chili in Quechua. The foods to prepare it are toasted white corn, cheese, guinea pig, chicken, jerky, jerky, fish roe and hot pepper. RAY = For me itis roast guinea pig. It is one of the most emblematic dishes of Peru. This typical meal can be served with rice, potatoes, and salad. You can also enjoy this dish with chicha morada. Said = For me it is the chairo, it is a traditional dish in Cusco. The foods to prepare it are chuño, sweet potato, peas, carrots, beans, mint, oregano and salt. Gustavo = | want to visit Cusco. There are many dishes that | want to eat. Ray = Yes! | also! | want to take a lot of photos because there are so many beautiful places.
