In 1931 during the II Republic of Spain the situation started to change, was approved a new constitution in which detailed new rights about the women, one of the most important was the right to vote in the same conditions that a man, the civil marriage, the right of divorce , and the abortion between others. In this case one of the most important women that brought about the obtaining this right was Victoria Kent. There were various factors that conditioned the progress of feminism in this period, that is the war of the women to get the same rights that the men. One of the principal factors that influenced in this progress was the industrialization, since this created a lot of jobs and a lot of necessity about workforce, the women was incorporated in the working world, but even with a lot of problems due the analphabetism.
