PUEBLO • Inhabited Southwestern United States • Lived in the areas now called New Mexico and Arizona • Lived in desert areas, cliffs and mountains • The Pueblo adapted to their environment and used it to provide food, shelter, clothing and crops. SIOUX • Inhabited the Interior Regions of the United States • Lived within the Great Plains • Climate was made up of dry grasslands • Food, Clothing, Crops and Shelters were appropriate for where the Sioux lived. IROQUOIS • Inhabited northeast North America • Lived in the heavily forested eastern woodlands • The Iroquois adapted to their environment and used it to provide food, shelter, clothing and crops.
