After that, he had prepared some papers with Erasmus´ names and he distributed them for making groups. The task consisted in making groups ourselves. Thus, Erasmus´ people searched Spanish students who wanted to belong their team. A Belorussia´s student asked me if I wanted to belong her team, and I accept it without thinking twice. Moreover, in our team were two Spanish pupils. With the groups that we had already made, we did our first task together: reading and interpreting a Juan Huarte De San Juan´s text, a text from sixteenth century. As all groups had one or some foreign students, Spanish students had to understand the text for then explain it to them. The language was very old so that we have to keep our attention to understand in better conditions. After that, we put in common with the rest of the class. I remember we talked about two different kind of lawyers. The text explained that there were two types of lawyers. Firstly, a kind of lawyer who only knew all the laws, but without opinions. He would only use his memory and nothing else. And, another kind of lawyer who knew laws and has the ability to discuss with others. He would have skills and analysis and he could persuade and interpret laws. With all this information, our teacher told us differences between legista and lawyer and I learned a lot of knowledge. I didn´t heard these people and differences, and I consider it is important to know it, because, thanks for it, I realised I would be a lawyer who can be active and understand the information in a future. I would like to have a critical point of view too. On Tuesday 7th of October we had a class with our Basic Legal Skills´ teacher, who introduced a little bit in Gulliver culture. We rode a text about one of his voyage, specially that one to the country of the Houyhnhnm. We rode this text in groups but not in the groups that we made the previous day. Then, we put in common and talked about it with the rest of the class. After that, our teacher explained us some important items of this text and connected it with other examples like the onion case. He told us that we have to learn different parts of the law, but these parts have to be connected. As an onion, all parts are different between them but are connected. Then, we sat with our groups and our teacher gave some instructions to how to take scenarios. After his explanation, he gave us a paper with our first scenario: a girl who overwrote an identity card using typex, a typical case. We argued about it and then put in common orally. I learned how I have to take different scenarios: read carefully, identify interests, determine the timeline... Some steps which are very useful to really understand a case. Besides, talking with foreign students is very enriching for both parts and I can feel I am a privileged!!
