Homelessness in general is a very complex and difficult situation in each country of the world whereas most of them are influenced by economical and political history. The problem in general is caused by a series of effects from social factors to how the government decides to manage certain policies such as social security, housing, family structure and physical and mental healthcare. These social factors mentioned can mostly be characterized by domestic violence, addiction, job loss, family tragedy, criminalization and undoubtedly racial inequality. We can say that in general, this problem, as complex in causes as it is, in solutions also. This is supported by the fact that rates of homelessness are rising to more or 1% annually. This can lead to more than 20% of the world population lacking adequate housing.Leaving aside the statistics concluded by the effects of mismanagement from the government, it is important to take into account how the people affront to these environments exposing them to inhumane, cruel and degrading treatment. This can be another demonstration of the State Failure to prevent or respond to individuals in this type of situation. However, there are countries which have been able to manage this problem effectively such as Finland. This country has created a strategy by adopting a national policy based on “Housing First '' which consists in putting permanent housing as the first priority. This means turning shelters into comfortable permanent houses, with staff available to those who are dealing with addictions or in need of life skills. A result of these actions were residents in Finland having their own apartments with rental contracts and support. These actions were successful as compared to countries who haven’t managed it, they don’t prioritize the safety of the whole population together. Some care more about the economy, raising taxes, among others. They have also done it in partnerships between states, local authorities and NGOs working at national and local level. Nevertheless, Finland still faces some issues like there are stil people without a home but are living temporarily with friends or relatives. Contrary to Finland, India’s government has always proposed to eradicate homelessness but has made no progress yet. They are struggling significantly due to the shortage of affordable housing, impairment and irregular or long- term employment severe weather conditions causing people in the streets to die as they have very little access to healthcare services. Another factor contributing to this is the fact that most of the homeless are in absence of proper identification making them rejected in hospitals. It is important to mention the rate of children present in Indian streets.According to UNICEF, there are four categories of street children. There are kids who stay with families, but labor on the streets for a living. Then there are children who mainly live on the street, but spend some time with family. There are children who spend a good deal of time on the streets and therefore do not live with or communicate with family. Finally, there are orphaned children who are left alone with no caring adults. This can be due to some cultural differences that this country has with others. For example, India is generally dominated by its variety of religions such as Hinduism,Islam,Christianity,Muslims whereas its beliefs and rules can influence in priorities of the country. It can become an intervention to the way they want to manage issues . Is there a possibility to survive if there is no place for the human being to sleep, eat or content its basic needs? The answer to this question is yes there is. As a matter of fact, there are children born already into what is called homelessness and most of the time this way of living leads to stressful and traumatic events marking them forever. It is also undeniable the increased danger each individual risks when living in the streets and the type of behaviour they can start to develop as they experience this daily. This situation of life is an environment which is seen in our everyday lives on the streets but is rarely talked about, therefore it would be important to create awareness and consciousness about it as these people despite having no shelter are still part of the population and are human beings. Homelessness is not a new issue brought into the world but it is something that as each year passes its rates increases with it. However it has been tried to manage in some countries and it has been successful but it is a problem like poverty, there’s nothing such as a world without it. Moreover in 2020 when over half a million were unhoused within most countries in the world, its main cause was the pandemic and its effects of unemployment leading to the lack of affordable housing, among others.  Therefore, this research question is planned to be answered with support from key statistics based on research in different countries and information on how it impacts the young people once you lose the ability to take care of yourself. The sources in use will be the reliable data provided by studies done in universities and organizations such as the World Health Organization. The main trends of homelessness in the youth are in a constant increment leading to more than the 50% of the young population to live in poverty. This means that extreme poverty among kids and teenagers would rise to 18.7 percent. It is a difficult issue as we can say that from the overall population, 5 million individuals are homeless. Therefore 10 percent of the population is in a state of poverty. In fact in Buenos Aires alone 6.5% of the population is without shelter. This is due to it being the capital of the city therefore with the most number of habitants compared to any other argentinian cities. Its economy is the main cause of this trend. It is currently in a very unstable and fragile state where some consequences such as unemployment and the inability to afford a shelter create the rates of homelessness to rise. Not to mention of course the hyperinflation and political problems. Some of the effects is the lack of capacity for the person to find an affordable housing or employment. This becomes extremely difficult to earn an inadequate income therefore alternative effects can be seen such as loosing the ability to take care of themselves and an increased danger of abuse and violence. However, the only province in Argentina that has taken action to help reduce homelessness is again Buenos Aires. They have indisputably recognized the right to housing or “suitable accomodation” in order to have other services such as electricity, drinking water, toilets and adequate surrounding conditions. The government has also adopted measures namely BAP (Buenos Aires
