Nahuatl is the official language of Mexico, but unfortunately it is disappearing and that is very harmful for some places in Mexico. Nahuatl is spoken in 16 states of Mexico. It really could have been the world’s most recognized language since with the Spanish Conquest everything changed in the country, but nowadays Nahuatl words are used for the Spanish spoken in Mexico. In addition Nahuatl is more spoken in the south of the country, since being an ancient language most of the cultures are native to that area. In conclusion this language is very important to the history of Mexico, since it shows us every primordial detail of the culture of Mexico.
