Today we live in an interconnected wold and we are more involved in the lives of people in other countries than we have evere been before. 2) What does the team “globalisation” refer to in relation to business? Globalisation refers to the growing economic integration of the world. There is a freer moviment of capital, goods and services between countries a massive increase in international trade and a rise in the number of multinational corporations. 3) What key factors have influenced economic globalisation? Economic integration has been influenced by three main factors. Firstly the development of technology , which has made the communication fast and simple. Secondly the intervent of organisation such as the world trade organisation and thirdly the avaliability of cheap labour and lower costs in developing countries. 4) What do supporters of the process of globalisation claim about its effects? Supporter of the process argue that it allows poorer countries to develop economically and that it will lead to greater economic,social and cultural equality. 5) How do the opponent’s arguments differ? While opponents believe that globalisation increasing the gap between the world’s richiest and poorest countries.
