Advantages and disadvantages of the "New Economy" The world of work changes very quickly from year to year, introducing innovative systems that revolutionize the various sectors. Following the development of technologies and communications, the New Economy was born, that is the totality of economic phenomena that have led to the spread of digital content and IT products. First of all, there was talk of the New Economy in the United States of America, to then expand to all the other industrialized countries of the world, leading to the emergence of a large market characterized by sustained growth rates. The characteristics of the new economy With the New Economy, companies have undergone radical changes that have called into question all the elements that characterize them. In particular, many changes were recorded in the workforce, in the speed of production times and in the way in which information was communicated within the company itself. Companies were called upon to invest more in research, information and marketing, to seek collaborations between the various sectors to build more flexible reference structures, capable of adapting quickly to new models. In this way, markets have begun to function more efficiently even beyond the national borders of individual states. In this sense, an important role was played by accessing information in a less expensive and faster way. In the new economy, for example, a large market is also represented by online entertainment such as that offered by the online casino Casino777. With the new economy, we have entered a global market that reduces management costs and allows companies not to remain tied to a physical location, but also a virtual one. Thus, in addition to communication, information technology, digital production, other disciplines also came into play, such as those that fall within the service economy based on intangible assets. E-commerce began to make its way, just think in this sense of the development of famous companies such as Amazon, Google, Yahoo !. All of this had a very strong impact on the lifestyles of consumers as well, leading to a process of acceleration of wealth and productivity. The advantages of the new economy There are many advantages in using this new concept of doing business. First of all, corporate digitalization is open to all sectors, regardless of the sector or the degree of complexity of its processes. Digitization is open to every sector from accounting to those of the production area to marketing to communication. Furthermore, thanks to the digitization of some areas of company production processes, many companies have found relief from the economic crisis. This is because, the innovation allows a saving of personnel and time especially in the management of bureaucracy, accounting and all those tasks which, at first, involved the sending and distribution of paper material and which are now digitized. thus decreasing the amount of documentary dimensions and having a greater availability of the same, in a different time from that in which they were produced. The companies of our times have learned to focus on investments that aim to contain costs but also to keep up with the times. All the companies that have turned to specialists in the sector as it integrates, to speed up their internal and external processes, have allowed innovation to improve their business style by giving them the opportunity to grow in different areas and to diversify their products and, consequently, their customers. Having a digital company In fact allows those who own it to choose high customer segments, especially with regard to the services offered and the speed with which the information they request is quickly processed. In addition, even with the use of certified e-mails, electronic invoicing, specific operational programs, email, web marketing and dematerialization, companies can boast a range of innovative products on which to re-establish their standards.
