STAFF TURNOVER Introduction This report aims to show the causes of the dramatic increase in staff turnover based on a staff survey. Findings This comes from the lack of adequate training after the change in the computer system last year. According with the new bonus scheme each employee the more he works the more he earns and this contributes to increase stress level. The staff is also required to stay in the office on weekends and in the evening, causing family problems. The constant staff turnover does not allow employees to form relations, resulting in a decrease in terms of teams spirit. Recommendations Staff training course on the new computer system should be introduced and the bonus scheme suspended temporarily. The introduction of a rota system could solve family problems and the organization of social event could help staff building relations.
