Italy is the cradle of creativity. Indeed, fashion, interior design, the agricultural and food industry are leading sectors for foreign consumers. The drawbacks and reasons for lack of competitiveness. Italy is not considered to be a country promoting teamwork and organization. There are complex paperwork procedures and a poor inclination to internalization process. The most critical point is represented by lack of reliability. The result is that every member of the group is constantly up-to-date with the facts around the business. In low context and individualistic cultures like the USA and Germany people exchange information just to the extent that work can be done.
