Serena expects to get herself involved in activates and improve her speaking skills. She started studying english at school when she was 10 but her mother obliged her to attend private english class when she was 8. It was very bad experience because she didn’t feel good with her new classmates. They were older and all males. So she learned very little. Her english teacher used a lot of songs, flashcard and role playing. Most of the time they worked individually and there no cooperative activities. They were used the total body responsive method.Her teacher rewarded the children with little toys when they did good. The most difficult part was speaking because she was shy. The most boring part was grammatic because she had copy several times the same sentencese. It was very bord! The most interesting part was the fact that progressively she was able to understand american songs and tv movies.
