Two days after the purchase, the device stopped working properly. Basically, when I turn the television on, the screen becomes black after a few seconds, and even if I try to change channel using the remote control, nothing happens. For this reason, I immediately called the customer service, but the only answer I received was that my television probably has a manufacturing defect and needs to be replaced. I found this most unsatisfactory, considering the fact that I even spent 10 Euros for a 5-minute call. As a consequence, I went to the store to ask for a replacement, but I was told that this kind of action needs to be approved by the company and that they could not help me. I am mostly disappointed, since I feel like I waisted not only my money, but also my time. Therefore, I would now like you to take care of the situation, either providing me with a replacement for the device or a refund.
