It is the set of different physical activities that, through organised participation or not, has the objective of improving the physical or mental conditions, developing of social relationships or achieving results in the course of competitions at all levels. It is therefore, yes, the execution of physical activity but also a moment of leisure. I started playing sport during the lockdown period due to the Covid pandemic because I found myself stuck at home doing nothing. To occupy time I have begun watching videos of personal trainers giving workout tips showing how to do the exercises. So, day after day, I got passionate and started to do physical activity frequently. My workouts are mostly bodyweight or with the use of small weights. I prefer cardio exercises, alternating them with series workouts for an hour about three times a week. Working out makes me feel good about myself and more relaxed. It's a great way to release tension. My advice is to start with simple bodyweight exercises and then hand-to- hand insert small holds. Another very important thing is the rest between one workout and another because our muscles need to recover. When you get to a more advanced level, you can increase the difficulty of the exercises, increase the series and the weights to use. After some time you may start seeing some results. In my opinion doing sport has many benefits both physically and mentally, it helps you feel more energetic and relax; but on the other hand you must always be careful to perform the exercises correctly, because incorrect movements could affect your health. Many people start training mainly to lose weight but I think it should be a lifestyle that everyone should follow. it seems strange but if it hadn't been for the pandemic I might never have started training and I would never have found a way to manage the stress
