Letter of complaint Dear Sir, I am a university student from Milan currently in Erasmus here in England, and I am writing this letter to inform you of a possible misunderstanding in the distribution of the rooms. Prior to my arrival here, I had booked a single room in the campus (with a private bathroom), but as I arrived here, I was told I had to share a room with two other students. The main problem is not the room in and of itself, although I booked a single-private room, but the fact that I am due to pay for a triple room the same price I would’ve paid the single one.
