B2 Essay writing Write between 180 and 200 words Friends and relations In our life we meet a lot of different people in various contexts that can influence our journey with a lot of variables. Related to this, we can think to the relations with the family, friends, the partner, the classmates and work colleagues. Firstly, the most important advantage of this influence is the experience because every person we meet allows us to learn about something. For example, family can give encouragement, advice and love; in the same way, friends can get us sympathy, support and light-heartedness. Furthermore, another example can be represented by our growth: without other people, every alone person cannot go on in the same way I experienced. People represent the figurative instrument that permit to grow, to experience, to know being a better person. Despite these advantages, a drawback that I found is that these influences do not have to affect ourselves in a negative way. Such as drugs, alcohol and other temptations, we have to reason with our mind without being pulled. To conclude, in my opinion influences are fundamental and we must welcome them but recognizing which are favourable and which can damage our process of growth. 192 words
