It was directed by Christopher Nolan an his brother Jonathan and has as stars Anne Hathaway and Matthew McConaughey. The film takes place in the near future, with Earth in the grip of The Blight, an airborne disease that causes food crops to turn to grey-brown powder. It rolls across the land, piling up around houses and cars. Joseph Cooper is an ex Nasa's pilot that decided to became a farmer of mais. He lives with his father-in-law and two children, Murph and Tom. A strange case, made of encrypted messages in Murph's room, leads Cooper and his daughter to Nasa, making him the last member of an expedition leaving to save the inhabitants of Earth. The team leaves for the universe using a wormhole, which will lead them to another galaxy in search of a new home. The best part of the film is when Cooper, after returning from the exploration of the first planet, finds 23 years of messages from murphy. We can see all the love that the father had for his two children.The love between the father and the daughter is the real engine of the film and it also leads to the final resolution when Joseph, in a fifth dimensional world helps Murphy solve an impossible equation which allowed humans to control gravity.I really reccomd this film especially if you like science fiction films, on a scale of one to ten, I give this film a nine. All of the actors give exceptional performances especially the stars. the film is science fiction but is based on real theories of the physicist kip thorne so you can learn something while having fun.
