HEALTH APP OVERVIEW Health App is an easy-to-use tool that allows people to have at hand a lot of essential information about their health: it is something really useful – particularly during the period of quarantine that we are all facing- in order to keep an eye on our health. The application is one of the iPhone system applications and it doesn’t need to be downloaded. In particular, it consists in four main elements: the calendar; the health data; the sourced; the medical ID. Each of them is characterized by other subcategories. THE CALENDAR The calendar is simply used to track people daily activities: it monitors -taking account of the covered steps- kilometers of walking and the distance of running of every day. THE HEALTH DATA The Health Database includes a lot of folders:  Activity, which contains information about steps, walking and running distance, active energy, exercise minutes, flights climbed, stand hours and workouts done during the whole year;  Mindfulness, which recommends some apps in order to relax and also records every single minute of relaxing;  Nutrition, which registers data on our diet;  Sleep, which makes our sleep analysis;  Heart rate;  Reproductive health;  Results of medical examinations. SOURCES Moreover, this app can be connected not only with some other apps related to health but also with some other devices. That is the reason why it is also composed of the sources file.
