LETTER OF COMPLAINT (=LETTERA DI RECLAMO) The customer writes a letter of complaint when is not satisfied (=soddisfatto) (because of delay in delivery[=ritardo nella consegna] or bad quality of the product). Its tone is firm but not offensive. In the letter of reply, the seller uses an understanding tone and will do his best to solve the problem. COVERING LETTER (=LETTERA DI PRESENTAZIONE) The covering letter is used to present yourself and to apply (=candidarsi) for a job. It’s accompanied with the CV. To impress the potential employer (=datore di lavoro), this letter has to be well-written and clear. CV (=CURRICULUM VITAE) The CV is a document about your skills (=competenze) and career history (=storico lavorativo), that is used to apply for a job. A CV has to:  Include impressive (=d’impatto) words.  Be two sides of A4 long (=lungo due facciate A4)  Be easy in the eyes (=bello da vedere) The most important elements of a CHRONOLOGICAL CV, that is based on your career history, are:  Personal data  career history in reverse chronological order,  education (=istruzione) and qualifications. A FUNCTIONAL CV, instead, is principally used to describe all your working experiences. It highlights (=evidenzia) your skills (not the career history), that are presented in sections. Among (=tra) the skills, it’s possible to include also the ones acquired (=acquisite) during voluntary.
