Do you think this has improved our lives, or was life better in the past? In my opinion, travelling is a perfect way to get to know a lot of new people and cultures, but aldo to relax. For this reason, I believe that it has improved our lives. In fact, travelling has become easier and easier, so that people are encouraged to discover new countries. Every country has its particular food, history and culture, so I think that travelling gives us the opportunity to enrich our cultural baggage. Moreover, if we get in touch with other countries apart from ours, we get more open-minded. Furthermore, travels can lower our stress and probabilities of heart attacks. According to some studies, travelling revealed itself as a medicine against many problems. To conclude, it seems to me obvious that travels have lots of good effects on our body and on our mind, therefore we should try and travel as much as possible.
