After a party, they are in their hotel, and Gretta started crying for a boy she used know. And Gabriel in this moment became awareness of his wife feeling. Ulysses is an example of the reworking of myth. This opera tells the story of a day, in the life of tree characters: bloom they represent the Ulysses Dedalus, a sensitive young man and molly bloom, Leopold's wife that correspond to Penelope, but she is unfaithful to her husband. Ulysses is seen as an average person, an antihero. At the end of the novel, there is the monologue, symbol of the stream of consciousness technique.
