Escalus, prince of Verona, is fed up with this long feud so he puts end to the fight “next one who will break the peace of the quiet Verona will be put to death” In the meanwhile, Romeo and Benvolio meet one of the Capulet’s serfs who asks help with his list since. Lord Capulet has arranged a feast to celebrate Juliet and count Paris’ marriage. Romeo sees that Rosaline, his beloved one is going to attend the ball, so the two friend decide to go to the party. As soon as Romeo arrives, he forgets about Rosaline and falls in love with Juliet at first sight BALCONY SCENE MONDAY The two lovers get married by a friendly priest, friar Lawrence, who hopes to put an end to the long feud between the two families. After the marriage service, Romeo is involved in a street fight with Tybalt, Juliet’s cousin who had previously threatened him to tell Lord Capulet. Tybalt tries to kill Romeo who is protected by Mercutio. At this point Romeo kills Tybalt. Since Mercutio was prince Escalus’ cousin, Romeo is banished from the city and sent in exile to Mantua WEDDING NIGHT SCENE TUESDAY Romeo’s just left and Lord Capulet has arranged the marriage for Thursday. Juliet asks for advice and Friar Lawrence gives her a potion that will give her apparent death. Lord Capulet decides to arrange the marriage for Wednesday so Juliet takes the potion. WEDNESDAY Juliet is found dead in her bedroom so they bring her tomb to the family vault.
