The all story is based on this topic and on how a person can change with the power in her hands: at the beginning the revolution starts to contrast the power of men, but at the end the pigs became like them; - corruption: in fact, the pigs use their position of leadership to exploit other animals and the ideals of the revolution are just tools to make the animals do what they want. In addition, also if some animals notice the corruption, they don't say anything and this, fuels the power of the pigs; - destruction of common values: little by little the ideals that lead the revolution are forgotten and the Commandments are changed or deleted. At the end only one remains: “all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others”. Napoleon gets the power and he handles it to his own interest hiding it behind the convincing words of Squealer. Being able to convince the audience in words is often more successful than having better ideas and plans but not being able to express them correctly; - totalitarianism: the revolution starts with solid ideals of freedom and equality that are soon replaced by the tyranny of Napoleon. After the men are kicked out, animals are happy and hopeful, but at the end, they can’t see any positive aspects in their lives; - class warfare: the different kinds of animals have different roles in the story and they are not all equal. Pigs are the leaders, sheeps are the group of people easily convinced to do whatever the leader wants, the dogs are those who have to defend the pigs,...
